Driver Health – Exercise
Our second video in the Road Life Australia series centres around exercise. Our guests give their unique take on keeping active and some of the unusual ways they achieve this. Many times, we find it challenging to find the time to exercise, but it is incredibly crucial that we do. Keeping the body active can have lasting implications throughout your driving career. Regular exercise can also help to reduce the onset of heart disease and other life-threatening problems.
It is essential to at least walk every day, getting the cardiac system moving will help keep the body healthy. Our lifestyle can be quite sedentary, so we must take some time to exercise daily.
Of course, one should always consult with one’s doctor before embarking on any new exercise regime.
